- In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
- Form small balls with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely, and return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Enjoy your no-bake treats!
Notes
These bites can be made ahead of time and actually taste better after a day in the fridge. They can be frozen for longer storage.
