Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the seafood mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and top with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
Baking
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with a bright salad, garlicky green beans, and a loaf of crusty bread. Perfect for holiday leftovers and show-off dinners.
