Pasta and Shells
  • 20 pieces jumbo pasta shells Cook until al dente
Seafood Filling
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped Trader Joe’s is a good option
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped Can use frozen shrimp
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese Pro-tip: buy extra ricotta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Salt filling lightly
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce and Garnish
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Add before serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each cooked shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and top with the remaining marinara sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
Baking
  1. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with a bright salad, garlicky green beans, and a loaf of crusty bread. Perfect for holiday leftovers and show-off dinners.
