- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows and continue to stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add in the Rice Krispies and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then use your hands to form it into a flat rectangle on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the mixture.
- Roll the mixture tightly into a log, using the parchment paper to help.
- Roll the log in extra graham cracker crumbs until coated.
- If desired, drizzle melted chocolate on top.
- Slice into pieces and enjoy!
