Preparation
- Place the eggs in a pot of boiling water and cook for 9-12 minutes.
- Once cooked, cool the eggs, peel them, and slice in half lengthwise.
- Scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add gochujang, sesame oil, and minced garlic to the yolks and mash until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
These eggs can be made ahead and kept chilled. They are perfect for potlucks or gatherings.
