Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the eggs in a pot of boiling water and cook for 9-12 minutes.
  2. Once cooked, cool the eggs, peel them, and slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add gochujang, sesame oil, and minced garlic to the yolks and mash until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
  7. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

These eggs can be made ahead and kept chilled. They are perfect for potlucks or gatherings.
