Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drizzle olive oil on the flatbread and rub it with minced garlic, covering every corner.
- Spread fresh spinach evenly over the flatbread.
- Crumble feta cheese on top of the spinach.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
- Let it sit for one minute before slicing and serving warm.
Notes
Don't overload the flatbread with extra toppings to prevent sogginess. Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in a skillet or oven.
