Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers Store brand works well.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Full-fat is recommended.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cup whipped cream Freshly whipped preferred, but you can use store-bought.
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced Use juicier strawberries for best results.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pink food coloring Optional, for appearance.

Method
 

Make the base
  1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
  2. Mix with a sturdy spoon until the mixture becomes thick and doughy.
Fold in fluff and fruit
  1. Gently fold in the whipped cream, diced strawberries, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add pink food coloring if desired.
Roll into balls
  1. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1–1 ½ tablespoons each) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. If the mixture is too sticky, chill for 10 minutes before rolling.
Chill to set
  1. Refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour to set.
  2. They taste even better after 3–4 hours.

Notes
