  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots Adds crunch and sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers Any color works.
  • to taste Fresh basil leaves Do not skimp on basil.
  • as needed Rice paper wrappers Soften before use.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat with soy sauce and hoisin sauce until fully cooked.
  2. Add shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers to the pan, cooking until tender.
  3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable but not too soft.
  4. Place a portion of the beef mixture and fresh basil on each rice paper wrapper, then roll tightly.
  5. Serve immediately after rolling.

Notes

For best results, do not overstuff the rolls. Ensure the rice paper is not soaked too long to avoid sogginess. Roll with confidence for better texture.
