  • 0.5 cup finely ground almond flour Use for added texture, optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whip the eggs until fluffy.
  3. Fold in the Greek yogurt until well combined.
  4. Slowly mix in the melted butter or coconut oil.
Mixing Dry Ingredients
