Preparation
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken in the spice mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Cooking
- Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Warm pita breads.
Assembly
- Layer the cooked chicken in the pita breads.
- Drizzle with tahini and garlic sauce, and add fresh vegetables on top.
- Roll up the pita and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the pan while cooking the chicken for best results. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
