  • 4 large 4 eggs Large eggs preferred for best results.
  • 1 cup 1 cup milk Cow's milk or oat milk can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Use high-quality vanilla for better flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon cinnamon Ensure it's fresh for maximum flavor.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup sugar Regular granulated sugar.
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup melted butter For drizzling on top.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup powdered sugar For dusting before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Add the cubed bread to the egg mixture and gently stir to combine, allowing the bread to soak up the mixture.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter on top of each muffin.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and set.
  2. Let them cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.

Notes
