- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté zucchini until golden. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Toss in sliced chicken sausage and sauté until heated through and lightly browned.
- Stir in pasta and cream cheese (or Alfredo sauce). Mix until everything is evenly coated and creamy.
- Add salt, pepper, and any herbs you love. Serve warm and dig in!
Notes
Feel free to swap the sausage for turkey or tofu. Snowball the recipe for more servings, and don't forget to adjust seasoning when reheating leftovers!
