  • 2 pieces cooked chicken breasts, sliced You can use homemade or rotisserie chicken.
  • 2 large tortillas Whole wheat or any preferred type.
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing Use your favorite brand.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle generously!
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: croutons Add for extra crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, romaine lettuce, and Caesar dressing. Mix well.
  2. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out the tortillas flat on a non-stick surface.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture evenly onto the tortillas.
  5. Optional: Add croutons on top for extra crunch.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly and cut them in half.

Notes

Wrap tightly for storage. Leftovers may not be as good the next day.
