- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, romaine lettuce, and Caesar dressing. Mix well.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the tortillas flat on a non-stick surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly onto the tortillas.
- Optional: Add croutons on top for extra crunch.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and cut them in half.

Wrap tightly for storage. Leftovers may not be as good the next day.
