- In a Crock-Pot, combine the chicken, chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Stir to mix well.
- Add sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
For firmer veggies, add peppers and broccoli in the last 45 minutes on low (or 20 minutes on high). Stir in a tablespoon of butter at the end for added richness.
