Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce and stir to combine.
Serving
- Serve garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, reduce on the stove or use a cornstarch slurry. Can freeze leftovers; thaw in the fridge overnight.
