  • 1 cup Fat-free cream cheese Can substitute with full-fat for richer taste.
  • 0.5 cups Protein powder (vanilla) Use any mid-tier vanilla protein powder.
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free maple syrup Adjust to taste.
Crust
  • 6 pcs Graham crackers or crumbs Use gluten-free alternative if needed.
  • 1 tbsp Melted butter For binding the crust.
Toppings
  • to taste Fresh fruit, jam, or a drizzle of nut butter Choose your favorite toppings.

Preparation
  1. Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, protein powder, syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Crush the graham crackers to fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into jar bottoms.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each jar.
  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, then top with fruit or jam and serve chilled.

Notes

Chilling is essential for the best texture. Store extras in the fridge for emergencies, and feel free to adjust sweetness as per preference. If using Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese, it will be tangier and silkier.
