Preparation
  1. Combine the lemon juice, honey, water, turmeric, and ginger in a saucepan.
  2. Heat the mixture on low until everything blends together smoothly.
  3. Add the gelatin into the warm mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds or a muffin tin.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
  6. Remove gummies from molds and enjoy!

Notes

These gummies can last about a week in a sealed container. Silicone molds work best for easy removal, and feel free to experiment with additional flavors like berries or mint!
