  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped Opt for oil-packed tomatoes if available.
  • 1/2 cup mixed olives, pitted and halved Kalamata and green olives work well.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano Fresh thyme can be used instead if desired.
  • 3 tbsp good olive oil Avoid supermarket-grade olive oil.
  • 1 package crusty bread or pita For serving.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, minced garlic, and herbs.
