Ingredients
  

For the cake
  • 2 packages Birthday Cake Oreos (or regular/Double Stuf) Any Oreo flavor works.
  • 2/3 cup milk For dipping the Oreos.
  • 1 cup whipped cream Makes the filling light and airy.
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened) Ensure it’s softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar For sweetness in the cream filling.
  • 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles For mixing into the filling and garnish.

Method
 

Assembly
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream and colorful sprinkles to create a creamy filling.
  3. Dip each Oreo in milk for a few seconds and layer them in a rectangular dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream filling over the Oreos.
  5. Repeat the layers until you’ve used all the Oreos and filling.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of colorful sprinkles on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Chill overnight for best flavor and texture. Use a serrated knife for cleaner slices and warm the blade under hot water between cuts.
