Method
Preparing the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
- Add melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and knead until a soft dough forms. Let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Making the Filling
- In a separate bowl, mix together cocoa powder, cinnamon, and crushed Oreos for the filling.
Rolling and Baking
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, and roll it tightly.
- Cut into rolls and place them in a greased baking dish. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Preparing the Glaze
- For the glaze, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over warm rolls and top with additional crushed Oreos. Serve warm.

Tip: If your filling slides out while slicing, chill the rolled log for 15 minutes before slicing, which helps prevent a mess.
