Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Season chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat until hot and shimmering.
- Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for about 5–7 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the thighs and brush them with the soy garlic glaze. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
